please help meWhen my printer HPlaserjet print the paper are blank but the toner is full.and any other printers work perfect
I own 3 HP Laserjets (4M, 5 and color 4550) and my guess is maybe it isn't setup right or the drivers were misplaced. I would try several things like visiting Printers %26amp; Faxes and viewing which Printer is setup in the Ready position etc.

Another possibility that occured to me bec I had trouble awhile back printing from my new Dell Notebook PCs that do not come with parallel ports and I had to purchase a special Belkin USB to Parallel Cable might be the USB port is not connected or setup properly (would you believe Dell Technical Support did not even know and Belkin provided step by step instructions). Also believe it or not, not all USB ports react the same? meaning sometimes just moving the cable to a different USB port might make the printer work which I know sounds strange but this is how two of my new Dell Notebook PCs (Inspiron E1505/6400 and Latitude D620) are that I know some devices react/respond differently and strangely enough the comprehensive Dell Diagnostics test says everything is okay.

Also have you tried testing printing of a wordprocessing document or spreadsheet file bec these are basic troubleshooting steps and HP Forum is also a good place to visit.

Best of Luck! When my printer HPlaserjet print the paper are blank but the toner is full.and any other printers work perfect
I'd be tempted to suggest removing toner cartridge and checking for anything obstructing the laser beam path.

Sounds very like a toner spill and the beam not making it to the image drum in the toner.

To be sure, try the printers internat test page, and see if it prints. If that prints, it's software. if not it's a physical thing with the laser / toner drum space.

Could even be a small bit of paper stuck in that area.
