My Brother Printer will not let me print and the Toner light is on. Please Help?

My model number is HL-5240. and like i said i go to print and the toner light goes on. .. i just changed the toner, unplugged the printer and even reset factory settings and it still wont work... Please help. ThanksMy Brother Printer will not let me print and the Toner light is on. Please Help?
Sounds like a defective toner. Take it back to the store and get another.

May be it's not a toner? May be you have to change another cartridge( optical drum). Look in to manual, what else can be show toner lights?
