When buying a laser printer should you worry about the drum or just the toner? ?

How do you find out if the printer requires that you change the drum? Or do all laser printers require drum changes? What are some other things to look for? When buying a laser printer should you worry about the drum or just the toner? ?
On most HPs the drum is part of the toner which is why they are so expensive. Right now the best laser deal is below. The toner is separate from the drum so you can buy a set of 4 replacement toners for $70.

You can get a good color laser today for $80! Samsung CLP-300 at http://www.staples.com/office/supplies/p鈥?/a>

I have this printer and it's really nice. Toner cartridges are more expensive then inkjet cartridges ($70 for a set of 4 at http://ccs-digital.com/ink.asp ) but they last for about 2,000 pages. It does a nice job on photos, When buying a laser printer should you worry about the drum or just the toner? ?
the drum should last a long time, so should not really be a worry, usually HP's come withe everything in a complete user maintenance kit, laser printers such as canon, brother, hp, xerox are generally the most reliable
