The Xerox Phaser 8860 prints color for the same price as black and white prints. It is an expensive machine BUT if you print alot you will save money in supply costs. The color costs $72.00 for a 14,000 estimated page yield.

Do you need black or black and color?





If black only, in order to get the lowest cost per page look at laser printers in the $200 range. The HP LaserJet P2015 and the Brother HL-5240 are both good buys.





If Color, look above $500. The cheap laser printers run just as expensive as the low end inkjet printers. I would look at an HP OfficeJet Pro K5400 if you need color. Has a cost per page under 10 cents for all four colors.
